Pakistani YouTuber and crypto trader Saad ur Rehman, popularly known as Ducky Bhai, has announced what he calls the biggest purchase of his life — a lavish new home worth Rs 10 crore — sparking a wave of reactions online.
In his latest vlog, Ducky shared an emotional journey from the humble home where his YouTube career began to the extravagant property he has now bought, featuring grand chandeliers, spacious lawns, and a bathroom “as big as a bedroom.” Initially priced at Rs 12 crore, the deal closed at Rs 10 crore after negotiations and a seller who turned out to be a fan.
“This is the first house I’m buying for myself,” he told viewers, aiming to inspire them. However, while many congratulated him, others questioned his “hard work” narrative. Comments ranged from “What work was worked hard?” to sarcastic takes like, “Hard work? Ye wala hard work mere ko bhi karna hai.”
Supporters defended him, with messages such as, “You earned every brick of it! Congratulations,” and “MashAllah congratulations .” Some blended honesty with praise, noting envy among critics but acknowledging his achievements.
Beyond YouTube, Ducky also earns from crypto trading, recently revealing profits of over $80,000 in a month. The purchase has cemented his image as both a controversial and inspirational figure in Pakistan’s influencer scene.
