In a sharp escalation of tensions, former U.S. President Donald Trump issued a stern warning to Iran, urging its leadership to resume diplomatic talks or face devastating consequences. Speaking to international media, Trump hinted at the potential for further large-scale strikes, stating, “Time is running out. If Iran doesn’t act soon, there will be nothing left.”

Trump revealed that past negotiations with Iran nearly resulted in a deal, but were derailed by Iranian hardliners. He claimed those elements have now been eliminated, warning that stronger actions could follow if Iran refuses to change course.

Emphasizing American military might, Trump said the U.S. builds the deadliest weapons in the world and highlighted Israel’s expertise in using them effectively. He reiterated that a diplomatic solution was still possible but stressed that Iran’s window for negotiation was quickly closing.

As regional tensions escalate following Israeli strikes on Iranian targets, Trump’s remarks have added to global concerns about a potential wider conflict. Iran has yet to respond officially, while the international community continues to urge restraint from all sides.
