In another tragic incident involving a social media personality, 17-year-old TikToker Sana Yousaf was shot dead at her home in Islamabad’s G-13/1 area.
The murder was reported by her mother, Farzana Yousaf, and the body was returned to the family after an autopsy at PIMS Hospital.

According to the FIR, the attack occurred around 5:00 PM when an unidentified man in black clothes entered the house and opened fire. Sana’s father was away, and her younger brother was in Chitral at the time.
Farzana told police that the gunman shot Sana twice, seriously wounding her. Neighbors rushed her to the hospital, but she couldn’t survive. Farzana, devastated, said her daughter was a popular influencer loved by many online. She added that her sister-in-law, Latifa Shah, witnessed the shooting and both women can identify the attacker if shown.
Following the murder, senior Islamabad police officials visited the crime scene and assured the family of swift action. Authorities are using CCTV and geofencing to trace the suspect.
A full investigation is underway, with police analyzing mobile and camera data from the area. Sana Yousaf’s murder has triggered anger and grief among her followers, who are calling for justice.
