Google has revamped its iconic “G” logo for the first time since 2015. Originally designed with four solid colors—red, yellow, green, and blue—the new version features a smooth gradient blend of the same hues, offering a more modern and fluid look.

The refreshed logo is currently visible in the latest Google app on iOS and Pixel devices, and it resembles the style of the Gemini logo. However, the updated version hasn’t yet appeared on all platforms—Android devices (except Pixel) and web still show the older design.

It remains unclear if this redesign will expand across Google’s full product lineup or stay limited to select apps
