In a shocking incident, a solar system was stolen from the farmhouse of former cricketers Kamran Akmal and Umar Akmal’s father in the Hair area of Lahore. According to the police, the theft took place in broad daylight, leaving the family and local community in disbelief.
As detailed in the First Information Report (FIR), unidentified individuals forced their way into the premises by breaking the door handle. Once inside, the thieves dismantled the newly installed solar panels and fled the scene without a trace.

Kamran Akmal’s father, speaking about the theft, mentioned that the solar system had only been installed a day prior and was taken just the following day. The incident has raised concerns about the growing frequency of such thefts in the area.
Local police have initiated an investigation into the case and have assured the family that legal proceedings are underway to track down and apprehend the culprits involved in this brazen act.
