Elon Musk and Shivon Zilis Welcome Fourth Child Together

Tech mogul Elon Musk has expanded his family once again, welcoming his fourth child with Neuralink executive Shivon Zilis. The couple’s son, Seldon Lycurgus, was introduced to the world on February 28 via a social media post by Zilis.

“Discussed with Elon and, in light of beautiful Arcadia’s birthday, we felt it was better to also just share directly about our wonderful and incredible son, Seldon Lycurgus,” Zilis wrote on X (formerly Twitter). She affectionately described their newborn as “built like a juggernaut, with a solid heart of gold,” to which Musk responded with a heart emoji.

This marks the latest addition to Musk’s growing family, which now totals 14 children. Musk and Zilis previously welcomed twins Strider and Azure in 2021, and their daughter Arcadia in 2023.

The announcement follows recent reports that conservative commentator Ashley St. Clair gave birth to Musk’s 13th child five months ago. St. Clair has since filed a paternity suit against Musk, further drawing attention to the billionaire’s expanding family.

Musk, 52, has been open about his concerns over declining global birth rates, consistently advocating for population growth. He dismissed any notion that he was keeping his growing family under wraps, stating last year, “All our friends and family know. Failure to issue a press release, which would be bizarre, does not mean ‘secret.’”

In addition to his children with Zilis, Musk shares five children with his first wife, Canadian author Justine Musk, and three children with musician Grimes.
