On the topic of rumors regarding threats to PTI’s founder, Memon suggested that former minister Faisal Vawda, based in Islamabad, might have more information.
Memon highlighted Sindh’s record in attracting foreign investment, noting a recent meeting between foreign investors and the Sindh Chief Minister focused on creating job opportunities for youth. In the medical sector, a $1 billion investment is expected, and Memon pointed to the Dhabeji Foreign Economic Zone, which is projected to generate 50,000 jobs. He also highlighted Thar’s potential for low-cost electricity generation, leveraging the region’s coal resources for Pakistan’s energy needs.
