The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Wednesday rejected the bail plea of Naved, the main suspect in the case involving the attack on PTI founder Imran Khan.
A two-member bench, headed by Justice Shahbaz Rizvi, heard the bail request. The prosecutor argued that Naved was named in the case, arrested at the scene, identified through footage, and witnesses had testified against him. The prosecution insisted that substantial evidence existed and urged the court to deny the bail plea.

On the other hand, Naved’s lawyer, Mian Dawood, claimed that Naved was not present at the crime scene and had been wrongfully implicated in the case. He pointed out that eyewitnesses described an unidentified individual and argued that no solid evidence tied his client to the crime, requesting bail on those grounds.
Despite the defense’s argument, the High Court rejected Naved’s bail application in the attack case involving Imran Khan.
