KARACHI – On Monday, gold prices in Pakistan fell in line with a drop in global prices. According to data from the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold decreased by Rs200 per tola, reaching Rs260,000. The price of gold for 10 grams also fell by Rs172, settling at Rs222,908.

In the international market, the price of gold per ounce dropped by $5 to $2,502. Silver prices remained stable in Pakistan, with the per tola price at Rs2,950 and the 10-gram price at Rs2,529.14. On Saturday, gold prices had risen significantly, with the per tola price increasing by Rs2,500 to Rs260,200, and the 10-gram price rising by Rs2,144 to Rs223,080.
