Police reports indicate that the woman, currently hospitalized, has sustained injuries to approximately 30% of her body due to the acid. Fortunately, her condition is stable.
Kemari Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Faizan Ali informed the media that efforts are being made to capture the attacker, identified as the victim’s husband, who fled the scene after the assault.
