Merad Abu Merad, who headed the Hamas aerial system, was killed during an operation in Gaza City.

Simultaneously, Israeli forces intensified their control over besieged Gaza, urging Palestinians to evacuate the area and continuing their relentless airstrikes, raising concerns of another humanitarian crisis.

The latest figures from the Palestinian authority indicated that casualties from Israeli airstrikes had risen to 1,900. This included over 600 children, 370 women, and 7,696 injured individuals, among them 2,000 children and 1,400 women. Over a dozen healthcare workers lost their lives, and 27 others were injured in the Israeli attacks.

In a recent assault, Israeli forces used white phosphorus bombs on Palestine’s Children’s Hospital as part of their tightening grip on Gaza, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the occupied territory.

In addition to ongoing airstrikes, Israeli soldiers conducted local raids in Gaza, apprehending hostages. Jewish forces also mobilized over 300,000 reservists along the Gaza border for a potential full-scale ground operation.

Furthermore, Tel Aviv instructed more than one million people in Palestine to evacuate southward in anticipation of a ground operation. Tens of thousands of residents in the enclave left their homes.

The hostilities began the previous Saturday and escalated into a full-scale conflict when Hamas initiated ‘Operation Al-Aqsa Flood’ against Israel, involving an unprecedented onslaught of rocket launches and infiltrations into Israel via land, sea, and air.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
