PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf emphasized the importance of rewarding players with good compensation to boost their dedication to the team.
The proposed contracts offer higher monthly retainers for top cricketers like Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi, and the board aims to establish a three-year agreement to avoid annual renewal disputes and provide more incentives to players.
