Court indicts former PM Imran khan in Toshakhana case

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]ISLAMABAD: In the Toshakhana case filed by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), a district and sessions court in the federal capital indicted Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan.

Additional Meeting While hearing the case at the Islamabad police lines, Judge Humayun Dilawar framed the charges.

The former prime minister was present during the hearing when he declined the charges and refused to sign the documents. He was arrested from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) yesterday in another corruption case.
