The Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court has granted post-arrest bail to Falak Javed in a case related to an alleged attack on police personnel outside Zaman Park in Lahore.
The court announced its decision after hearing arguments from both the defence and prosecution regarding Falak Javed’s bail application.
ATC Judge Malik Abid Hussain pronounced the verdict after previously reserving the decision on the post-arrest bail petition.

Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq appeared on behalf of Falak Javed and presented arguments seeking her release on bail in the case.
The defence sought bail in connection with the case registered over the alleged attack on police outside Zaman Park.
The prosecution opposed the bail request and argued against granting Falak Javed relief in the case.
After considering the arguments presented by both sides, the Anti-Terrorism Court approved her post-arrest bail.

The case was registered at Race Course Police Station in Lahore in connection with an alleged attack on police personnel outside Zaman Park.
The proceedings are linked to the wider legal cases stemming from the May 9 incidents, under which several individuals have faced investigations and court proceedings.
The latest court decision provides Falak Javed relief in the specific Zaman Park police attack case.
However, the bail order in this case does not automatically result in her release from custody.
Falak Javed Remains in Jail
Despite receiving bail in the Zaman Park case, Falak Javed remains in jail because she is also facing proceedings in other cases related to the May 9 incidents.
As a result, the latest decision only concerns the particular case heard by the Anti-Terrorism Court.
Her continued detention means that the granting of bail in one case does not currently clear all legal matters preventing her release.
Further proceedings in the other May 9-related cases will determine whether she can eventually be released from custody.
