Women University Multan has announced visiting faculty opportunities for the 2026-27 academic year. The positions are available across several academic disciplines.
The university is seeking qualified candidates for Assistant Professor and Lecturer positions. These appointments will be made as visiting faculty members based on departmental requirements.
Women University Multan has announced vacancies across 30 academic departments. The available positions cover a wide range of subjects and educational fields.
Departments Offering Visiting Faculty Positions
The university has invited applications from candidates in multiple disciplines. These include Applied Psychology, Arabic, Art and Design, Biochemistry, and Biotechnology.
Other departments include Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, and Education. Positions are also available in English and Environmental Sciences.
The list further includes History, Information Technology, and International Relations. Islamic Studies and Management Sciences are also included.
Candidates can apply for positions in Media and Communication Studies, Mathematics, and Microbiology. Molecular Genetics is another discipline covered by the announcement.
Other available fields include Pakistan Studies, Pharmacy, Physics, and Political Science. Public Health, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu, and Zoology are also included.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the qualification standards established by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan. Candidates should also have the relevant teaching skills for their selected positions.
The university will review applications based on departmental requirements. Selected applicants will be included in the visiting faculty pool.
Appointments will depend on the academic needs of each department. Being included in the faculty pool does not guarantee regular employment.
Selected visiting faculty members will receive payment according to university policy. Applicable taxes will be deducted from their payments.
The appointments will not provide a basis for claiming regular employment at the university. The positions are specifically offered under the visiting faculty arrangement.
Application Process
Interested candidates must submit their applications on plain paper. They must attach a detailed and updated curriculum vitae with their applications.
Applicants are required to provide attested copies of their educational documents. A copy of the applicant’s CNIC must also be included.
Candidates must also submit their domicile documents with the application. Experience certificates should be attached where applicable.
An application processing fee of Rs. 1,000 is required. Candidates must deposit the fee into the specified HBL account.
The original challan should be attached to the application. Applications can be submitted by hand or through courier.
Candidates should send their applications to the relevant department or institute. The deadline for submitting applications is August 24, 2026.
