Big Administrative Shake-Up as Government Issues Key Service Orders

The Government has issued new notifications regarding transfers, postings, deputation extensions, and reinstatements of several officers. The decisions were processed through the Establishment Division.

According to official notifications, the Government has approved multiple administrative changes across federal departments. These orders were issued after approval from the President of Pakistan.

Sajjad Ali Rao has been appointed as full-time Member (Crop Sciences) in the Pakistan Agricultural Research Council. He will serve under the Ministry of National Food Security for three years on MP-II scale.

The Government also extended the deputation of several officers working in different institutions. These extensions are part of routine administrative adjustments.

The deputation of Section Officer Matia Zahra from the Senate Secretariat has been extended for two more years. The new period will start from April 24, 2026.

Similarly, the Government extended the deputation of Assistant Director Muhammad Bilal Cheema from the National Accountability Bureau. His new term will begin from January 31, 2026.

In another decision, the Government reinstated Grade 18 officer Rafiq Ahmed Khokhar. He had been suspended earlier this year on January 3.

The Establishment Division also extended the deputation of Assistant Professor Nosheen Anwar. She is currently serving at the Federal Government Educational Institutions Directorate.

Her new tenure will continue for another two years from June 1, 2026. She belongs to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Department.

In a separate move, the Government transferred Grade 18 officer Sanaullah from the Government of Sindh. He has been directed to report to the Establishment Division.

The services of Shahid Aziz, Assistant Director at the National Commission for Human Development, have also been reallocated. He will now serve in the Benazir Income Support Programme in Azad Kashmir.

Additionally, Ayesha Ikram, a teacher from Balochistan, has been placed on deputation. She will serve in the Federal Ministry of Education for three years.

The Government confirmed that all orders have been officially issued and implemented. These changes reflect ongoing administrative restructuring across federal departments.
