The Higher Education Department (HED) has announced the names of top-performing colleges, principals, and teachers across the province. This initiative aims to improve educational and administrative standards in schools and colleges.
A total of 306 teachers were recognized for their exceptional contribution to teaching quality and student development. Among them, 39 educators from Lahore received special acknowledgment for their outstanding work in classrooms.
Based on institutional performance, 28 colleges were awarded for excellence. At the same time, 28 principals were commended for their effective leadership and administration, including 4 from Lahore. These awards highlight the HED’s commitment to promoting excellence in education.
HED officials said the recognition program is designed to raise academic standards, ensure transparent management, and provide students with a better learning environment. The program also encourages healthy competition among institutions and rewards dedication and hard work.
