The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad has officially released the Exam Schedule for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examinations. The announcement provides guidance for students preparing for their matriculation exams across Punjab.
According to a spokesperson, the Grade 10 (composite) annual examination will start on March 27, 2026, while the Grade 9 exams are scheduled to begin on April 14, 2026. Candidates appearing to improve their marks or reappear in failed subjects will follow the same syllabus as their previous attempt.
The board emphasized that all Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education follow a uniform Exam Schedule. This means the dates will also apply to BISE boards in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan.
Officials advised students to carefully check the Exam Schedule and plan their preparation accordingly. Schools have been asked to share this information with students to ensure that everyone is aware of the examination dates.
The board also confirmed that detailed instructions, including exam centers, roll number slips, and rules, will be shared closer to the exam dates. Students are encouraged to regularly check official notifications for updates to avoid missing any important information.
Thousands of students across Punjab are expected to appear in these annual examinations. The uniform Exam Schedule ensures consistency and fairness across all boards in the province, allowing students to plan their studies effectively.
