The Federal Public Service Commission has officially released the date sheet for the CSS Competitive Examination 2026.
According to the announced schedule, the written examinations will commence from February 4, 2026, across the country.
As per FPSC, candidates will appear in the compulsory English Essay paper on the very first examination day.
The Precis and Composition paper is scheduled for February 5, testing candidates’ English language skills.
General Knowledge papers will be conducted over three consecutive days on February 6, 7, and 8.
These papers include General Science, Current Affairs, and Pakistan Affairs as part of compulsory subjects.
The Islamic Studies paper will be held on February 9, 2026, according to the commission’s notification.
Non-Muslim candidates will instead appear in the Comparative Study of Religions paper on the same day.
Examinations for optional subjects will begin from February 10 and continue until February 15, 2026.
These papers will be held in both morning and evening sessions under different subject group schedules.
FPSC has advised candidates to prepare according to the date sheet and follow all official instructions carefully.
Applicants must check roll number slips, examination centres, and guidelines to avoid inconvenience during exams.
