Serena Hotel has announced the closure of its Swat property, bringing an end to nearly four decades of operations in one of Pakistan’s most scenic tourist destinations. The Swat Serena Hotel will officially cease operations from January 1, 2026, marking the conclusion of a long-standing presence in the Swat Valley’s hospitality sector.
