Renowned Islamic scholar Dr. Zakir Naik, along with Sheikh Faruk Naik, has announced plans to visit Pakistan this year.
Dr. Zakir Naik’s official social media account confirmed that the visit is at the invitation of the Government of Pakistan.

Dr. Zakir Naik will speak in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with the schedule as follows:
- Karachi: October 5-6
- Lahore: October 12-13
- Islamabad: October 19-20
Previously, Dr. Zakir Naik had expressed his desire to visit Pakistan in a podcast with a Pakistani YouTuber. He had planned a visit in 2020 but was unable to due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In the interview, he explained that while he could have easily gone to Pakistan, he chose Malaysia instead to avoid potential greater loss, following a principle of Shariat.
