WhatsApp Introduces New Features for Enhanced User Experience

WhatsApp is rolling out a new feature aimed at improving the user experience by allowing people to manage chat message animations, including emojis, stickers, and GIFs. Users will now have the ability to turn off autoplay for these animations, ensuring that emojis stay still and stickers and GIFs remain static until they are interacted with. This update is designed for users who find excessive animations distracting, and it will be available in future updates.

In addition to the animation feature, WhatsApp is working on enabling direct human chat support through its web client. Users will soon be able to contact real-time customer service representatives, bypassing automated systems. Once users reach out for support, they will be asked to provide relevant details, and follow-up messages will be sent in the same conversation, streamlining the support process.

Moreover, WhatsApp is introducing AI-powered replies for businesses, allowing them to automate responses to customer messages. By scanning a QR code, businesses can activate these AI-driven replies even during times when employees are unavailable, ensuring customers receive timely responses.
