Critics have been vocal in their condemnation of the crackdown against PTI and its leader, Imran Khan, presenting evidence of alleged rigging as the elections draw near. However, PTI leaders are not inclined to passively witness these challenges unfold. In response, the party has unveiled ‘Plan C’ as a new strategy to navigate the complex political landscape.

Following the Supreme Court’s decision to strip PTI of its ‘bat’ symbol and subsequent reversals on symbol sharing by Tehreek-e-Insaf Nazriati, PTI candidates are adapting to the evolving circumstances. Despite these setbacks, PTI candidates are gearing up to contest the upcoming polls independently, each adopting different symbols such as tongs, kettle, and brinjal.
Barrister Gohar Khan, the chief of PTI, expressed his concerns about the anticipated horse trading that might occur once PTI candidates secure victories in the elections. He anticipated that other political parties would approach PTI leaders after the polls, seeking alliances and collaboration.
While acknowledging the challenges of not securing the desired number of seats, Gohar Khan outlined the post-election plan for PTI. He explained that PTI candidates, once elected, could join the party, and the reserved seats could be adjusted accordingly. Gohar emphasized that the party would have a three-day window after the polls for this strategic realignment.
Describing it as PTI’s Plan C, the objective is to bring together people under a unified umbrella, fostering collaboration and unity among various political actors. Despite the symbolic setbacks, PTI is positioning itself strategically to navigate the political landscape and continue its participation in the upcoming elections with renewed vigor.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
