Amid growing online buzz, the UAE government has officially denied reports claiming it offers lifetime UAE Golden Visas to all applicants or select nationalities. The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP) clarified that no such lifetime residency program exists under current UAE immigration laws.
In a strong rebuttal to misinformation, the ICP emphasized that all UAE Golden Visa applications must be processed solely through official government platforms. It warned that no external or third-party agency is authorized to manage or approve visa applications on behalf of the UAE government.

The clarification came after a misleading press release circulated widely on July 7, gaining traction through Indian media outlets and some UAE-based organizations. The ICP stated that legal proceedings will be initiated against those spreading false claims.
The ICP urged residents and prospective applicants to rely only on official channels like its website and smart app for all residency-related information. It also warned the public against scams and unauthorized services that promise guaranteed visa approvals.
According to UAE law, eligibility for the UAE Golden Visa is strictly defined and based on ministerial decisions and regulations. The authority reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and public safety, advising individuals to ignore unverified sources and consult only government-issued updates.
