The countries first agreed in May, promising to boost bilateral trade after normalising relations in a deal brokered by the United States.
According to the ministry, the agreement will also give Israeli companies access to government tenders in the UAE.
Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen, who signed the trade pact’s tariff arrangement on Sunday, said it would “strengthen the connection” with the UAE and that Israel was working to normalise relations with more Arab countries.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
