The PSX 100-Index Hits a Historic High, Surpasses 113,000 Points

The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) has reached a historic milestone by exceeding the 113,213-point mark for the first time ever.

The trading session began with a remarkable surge, as the stock market gained 1,400 points within just 30 minutes. The KSE-100 Index climbed by 1,467 points, hitting a record high of 112,277 points.

Earlier in the day, the PSX achieved another major feat shortly after opening, with the index jumping 1,200 points in just 15 minutes. This brought the KSE-100 Index to 112,041 points, reflecting strong momentum.

In yet another record-setting moment, the stock market experienced a 1,000-point rise in only 10 minutes. The KSE-100 Index advanced by 1,100 points, reaching 111,911 points and reclaiming the 111,000-point threshold—the highest level in its history.

These exceptional gains underscore robust investor confidence and highlight the PSX’s pivotal role as a barometer of economic optimism and market dynamism.
