Sky turns blood red in China’s Zhoushan

A few images and videos from Zhoushan, an eastern port city of China, appeared on social media, shocking the internet. Residents of Zhoushan experienced eerie blood red skies over the weekend, which alarmed them.

According to the accounts, the sky is possibly the reddest close to the port areas. the red sky that appeared in Zhoushan city in China’s eastern Zhejiang province was generated by light refraction and scattering, most likely from ship lights in the port.
This is most likely completely natural and not a sign of the end of the world. Right?
