Sindh Announces February 5 Public Holiday for Kashmir Day

The Sindh government has announced a public holiday on February 5 to observe Kashmir Day.

As per the official notification, all government offices and educational institutions in the province will remain closed. The holiday aligns with Pakistan’s tradition of observing Kashmir Solidarity Day to support the Kashmiri people facing oppression.

Observed annually, Kashmir Day features rallies, seminars, and demonstrations across Pakistan to emphasize solidarity with Indian-administered Jammu and Kashmir and their right to self-determination.
