[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Pakistan fast bowler Shaheen Afridi has recently posted a cryptic message on social media amidst speculations regarding Babar Azam’s reinstatement as T20 captain, replacing him.

Taking to his Instagram story, the left-arm pacer shared a message that reads, “Never ever put me in a position where I have to show you how cruel and ruthless I can be. Don’t test my patience because I might be the kindest and sweetest person you’ve ever met. But once I reach my limit you’ll see me do the things that no one thought I was capable of doing.”

This post comes amid reports suggesting that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to reinstate Babar Azam as the captain of the national T20 team, thus replacing Shaheen Afridi.

Babar’s reinstatement follows Afridi’s brief tenure as T20 captain after Babar voluntarily stepped down following Pakistan’s underwhelming performance in the ODI World Cup.

Presently, Afridi is undergoing fitness training under army supervision at Kakul academy in Abbottabad in preparation for the upcoming New Zealand series and the T20I World Cup.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
