Former Pakistan men’s chief selector Mohammad Wasim has praised women’s team captain Fatima Sana for her recent performances.
Wasim believes Fatima Sana is currently more popular than men’s Test captain Babar Azam. He shared these views while discussing the young cricketer’s growing profile.
Wasim worked closely with Fatima during his time as head coach of Pakistan’s women’s team. He remained in that role until November 2025.
