The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has instructed all Umrah visa holders to leave Saudi Arabia by April 18, making it clear that strict measures will be taken against anyone who fails to comply.
According to the ministry, pilgrims performing Umrah must depart the Kingdom before their visa validity ends and no later than the specified deadline. Authorities emphasized the importance of following these guidelines to avoid any legal complications.
Officials warned that overstaying the permitted duration could lead to serious consequences under Saudi law. These penalties may include heavy fines, detention, or other legal actions depending on the severity of the violation.
The ministry has urged all pilgrims to plan their return journeys in advance and complete their travel arrangements on time. Ensuring timely departure is essential to prevent any inconvenience or legal trouble.
Authorities reiterated that adherence to visa rules is mandatory for all visitors, and no leniency will be shown to those who ignore the instructions. The directive aims to maintain proper management of pilgrims and ensure smooth operations following the Umrah season.
