Renowned Country Club Sealed in Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has implemented stringent measures against those who have not paid the commercialization fee, following the directives of Commissioner and Director General (DG) LDA, Muhammad Ali Randhawa.

As part of this enforcement, the authority has sealed two prominent properties, the 196-kanal country club, Rosa Blanca, and Icon Valley situated on Raiwind Road.

The media cell of LDA reports that Rosa Blanca has a pending commercialization fee of Rs1.41 billion, while Icon Valley owes Rs.2 crore. The crackdown on defaulters of the commercialization fee by LDA has been ongoing for some time.

In previous actions, officials sealed 36 properties in New Muslim Town and other areas, encompassing private offices, schools, bakeries, clinics, and stores.

Simultaneously, the authority has taken measures against illegal housing societies in the provincial capital. In a recent operation, the authority demolished the infrastructure of six unauthorized housing schemes located on Multan Road. These schemes included Manga Valley, SD Scheme, Spring Garden, Ahmed Farms, and others.
