Bollywood actress and dancer Rakhi Sawant has turned down a marriage proposal from Pakistani religious scholar Mufti Abdul Qavi, joking that he wouldn’t be able to handle her.
Mufti Qavi had expressed his interest in marrying Rakhi during a podcast, but she responded playfully, previously asking him to recite poetry for her. Speaking to a private channel, she dismissed the idea, stating, “I don’t know if he has 100 or 900 wives, but I alone am equal to 100,000 women.”

Rakhi also revealed that she is still searching for true love, claiming she hasn’t found it in India yet. She added that many men approach her but only see her as a stepping stone.
Meanwhile, Mufti Qavi had earlier claimed that their wedding was set for February 14, a date he said Rakhi personally selected. He even suggested that Rakhi would adopt Islamic attire after the marriage, though her rejection has now put an end to the speculation.
