PSL 10: Rain Forces Abandonment of Lahore Qalandars vs Quetta Gladiators Clash at Gaddafi Stadium

The 21st match of the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) season between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators was called off due to heavy rain and strong winds at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore, on Thursday.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) awarded one point to each team after the match was officially abandoned. Earlier in the evening, Quetta Gladiators won the toss and opted to field first.

Despite the gloomy forecast, Lahore Qalandars made a strong start with the bat, reaching 111 for 3 in 11.3 overs before rain interrupted play. The aggressive batting display saw Mohammad Naeem and Abdullah Shafique both notch up half-centuries. On the bowling front, Abrar Ahmed claimed two wickets, while Khurram Shahzad took one for Quetta.
