Punjab’s 90-Day Property Ordinance Targets Land Grabbers

Punjab has introduced a new property ordinance aimed at tackling growing land-grabbing cases, setting a strict 90-day timeframe for resolution. The move is part of the government’s broader effort to protect ownership rights and bring transparency to the property sector.

Under the new law, special tribunals will handle land grabbing cases and ensure that disputes are settled within the specified period.
