The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has celebrated what it calls a historic decision by the Supreme Court regarding the allocation of reserved seats in Pakistan. PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan expressed joy outside the apex court, emphasizing that the verdict is a cause for happiness among Pakistan’s 250 million people. He credited the decision to 11 judges of the Supreme Court who voted in favor of PTI and thanked the judiciary for its support.
Khan highlighted the role of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in delaying the oath in the KP Assembly, which he deemed crucial in the Supreme Court’s decision. He expressed confidence that there would be no need for re-elections due to the court’s ruling.
