Multan Sultans are ready to face in-form Islamabad United in the fifth match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season nine at Multan Cricket Stadium on February 20, 2024.
Both teams are in good form, with Rizwan-led Sultans winning their first game against Karachi Kings, while Islamabad United displayed dominance in the PSL opener against Lahore Qalandars.

In their opening game, Multan defended a total of 185/2, restricting Karachi Kings to 130/8. Dawid Malan, Reeza Hendricks, and Mohammad Ali showcased top-notch skills for the former champions.
Meanwhile, Islamabad United posted a formidable total of 196, with skipper Shadab Khan and Salman Ali Agha as standout performers.
As they meet for the 14th time in the marquee event, both teams aim to maintain their winning streak.
In Tuesday’s action, the powerplay will be crucial, with both squads seeking to capitalize on field restrictions to score as many runs as possible before the challenge intensifies with the older ball.
