Rawalpindi: The Chief of Tehreek Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafariya (TNFJ) Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi has said that the joint defence agreement should be restricted to mutual defence only. He said that disputes among Muslim nations should not be portrayed as a war between Islam and kufr (disbelief). The ultimate target of global imperialist powers is nuclear-capable Pakistan, and keeping Pakistan away from foreign wars is tantamount to foiling the imperialist conspiracy. In order to win the war against terrorism, not just one or two but all borders of the country must be secured. He expressed these views while addressing central office-bearers of TNFJ at the Markaz-e-Maktab-e-Tashayyu.
Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi stated that the entire nation stands firmly behind the Pakistan Armed Forces engaged in the struggle to safeguard the country’s national integrity. He said that, through unity and solidarity, all conspiracies by Pakistan’s internal and external enemies would be foiled.
He called for the effective enforcement of a ban on proscribed groups that, he said, are local facilitators of foreign powers and continue to promote extremism under their violent ideologies.
Agha Hussain Muqaddasi further said that the implementation of all provisions of the National Action Plan without discrimination or concession is essential for sustainable peace and combating terrorism.
He maintained that in order to put Pakistan on the path of stability and development, it is essential to eliminate ignorance and unemployment and ensure the equal implementation of the constitutional rights of all schools of thought.
