President Alvi Approves Chief Justice Of PHC

ISLAMABAD – President Dr. Arif Alvi has given his endorsement for the selection of Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan as the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.

The president granted his consent to the appointment of the Peshawar High Court’s Chief Justice in accordance with Article 175 A (13) of the Constitution, following the recommendation of the prime minister. This update was shared in a press release by the President’s Secretariat Press Wing on Tuesday.

Justice Mohammad Ibrahim Khan has been serving as the interim Chief Justice of PHC following the elevation of Justice Musarrat Hilali to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.
