In an interview, Mickey Arthur remarked that no one can stop them from attaining victory if all of the players choose the national team before personal records.

“That is something I am really strict about. It will be really powerful if we first get all of the players working for the team. “All of those individual records will be broken,” he said.

Arthur stated that his goal as director will be to influence players’ mindsets about the fear of losing personal successes, which has an impact on the national team.

“Scoring 40 points from 18 balls is far more valuable than scoring 70 points from 60 balls at the top, so we have to make sure that those little achievements down the order are recognised,” he added.

Mohammad Wasim stated last month that Pakistani batters prioritise personal successes after reaching the 40 and 90-run milestones, which impacts their overall performance.

The former cricketer noted that Pakistani hitters recorded five individual hundreds in a single ODI series, but the team was whitewashed.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
