The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 home international cricket season, highlighting the reintroduction of an ODI tri-series after a 21-year hiatus.

This tri-series, featuring New Zealand and South Africa, is scheduled to take place in Multan from February 8 to 14. It holds significant importance as a preparatory event leading up to the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, which Pakistan will host.
Pakistan’s men’s cricket team will embark on a rigorous season comprising nine Tests, nine T20Is, and a minimum of 14 ODIs. Additional ODIs may be added based on their performance in both the tri-series and the Champions Trophy.
The cricket season will culminate with the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final on March 9, marking a pivotal period for Pakistan cricket as they aim to showcase their prowess on home turf.
