Diamond Foam Makers Halt Production in Pakistan

The manufacturing division of Diamond Industries Limited (PSX: DIIL) has been put on hold until further notice. According to a stock filing, subject to the availability of imported raw materials in the nation, DIIL has *suspended its manufacturing operations for a temporary period with effect from Tuesday, January 10th, 2023, until further notice*. The corporation has stated that the current restriction is in place due to the “unavailability of imported raw materials” and unfavorable economic conditions.
Diamond Industries (Pvt.) Limited, sometimes known as DIIL, was established in 1984 as a private limited company. The company’s main business is creating and selling foam and PVA products that are used in the industry and domestically.
