Pakistan Win T20I Series 2025 with 13-Run Triumph

Pakistan secured a 13-run win over West Indies in the third T20I on Sunday, claiming a 2-1 victory in the Pakistan vs West Indies T20I Series 2025. The final match took place at Central Broward Regional Park Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida.

Batting first, Pakistan posted a competitive total of 189/4 in 20 overs. Openers Saim Ayub and Sahibzada Farhan gave their team a strong start with a 138-run partnership. Ayub scored 66 runs, while Farhan led with 74 off 53 balls, hitting five sixes and three fours.

The opening stand ended in the 17th over when Shamar Joseph dismissed Farhan. Khushdil Shah and Faheem Ashraf added quick runs at the end, finishing unbeaten on 11 and 10 respectively. The innings featured 11 sixes and seven boundaries.

In response, West Indies reached 176/6 in 20 overs, falling short by 13 runs. Despite a few steady partnerships, the chase lacked momentum due to Pakistan’s controlled bowling.

For Pakistan, five bowlers, Hasan Ali, Mohammad Nawaz, Haris Rauf, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Saim Ayub, each took a wicket. Haris Rauf, who replaced Shaheen Afridi for this match, bowled with pace and accuracy.

Pakistan had earlier won the opening match by 14 runs, defending a score of 178/6. In the second T20I, West Indies leveled the series with a narrow 2-wicket win, chasing down 134 in the final over.

With this win, Pakistan ended the Wi vs Pak T20 series on a high note, showing balance in both batting and bowling. The performance also adds confidence for upcoming international competitions.
