Pakistan Restores Airspace As Flight Operations Resume Nationwide

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has officially lifted its earlier 48-hour airspace closure, reinstating normal flight operations over key cities such as Lahore and Karachi. The fresh NOTAM cancels prior restrictions, reopening vital air corridors for both domestic and international flights.

The initial closure was implemented as a precaution amid escalating regional tensions. With conditions stabilising, the CAA has now allowed air traffic to flow freely, though it advised passengers to stay updated through their respective airlines, as individual carriers may adjust schedules based on operational needs.

Major airports including Jinnah International in Karachi and Allama Iqbal International in Lahore have returned to regular operations, with other hubs like Islamabad and Sialkot following suit after brief suspensions earlier in the week.

Authorities continue to urge travelers to monitor airline communications to avoid disruptions, as the situation in the region remains fluid.
