Pakistan Dispatches Fourth Aid Shipment To Gaza Residents

Pakistan has dispatched its fourth consignment of relief goods to Gaza through a special flight operated by the Pakistan Air Force, departing from Nur Khan Air Base. Present at the airbase during the departure were key figures including the Palestinian Ambassador to Pakistan, Ahmed Jawad Rabi’i, representatives from the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), the Armed Forces, and Jalil Abbas Jilani, the acting Foreign Minister.

During the event, Jalil Abbas Jilani conveyed full support to the Palestinian people. He strongly denounced Israel’s utilization of disproportionate and indiscriminate force, particularly targeting civilians, including women and children, in Gaza. The foreign minister reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for South Africa’s case against Israel for genocide at the International Court of Justice. Jilani also called for an immediate ceasefire and stressed the urgent need for the prompt delivery of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza.

Expressing gratitude on behalf of the Palestinian government, the Palestinian ambassador conveyed appreciation to the Pakistani government for providing aid supplies to alleviate the hardships faced by the people of Gaza.

The fourth relief shipment includes essential supplies such as hygiene kits, dry food products, and surgical and medical supplies. These provisions are aimed at addressing the urgent needs of the affected population in Gaza, offering support in the form of necessary goods for health and well-being.

Pakistan’s continued efforts in sending relief consignments underscore its commitment to standing in solidarity with the Palestinian people during times of crisis. The provision of essential supplies not only serves as a tangible expression of support but also emphasizes the importance of international humanitarian assistance in alleviating the suffering of those affected by conflict and crisis.
