Made In Pakistan Cars Now Exported To Over Twenty Countries

Pakistan Cars have achieved a significant milestone, with 434 locally assembled vehicles exported to 20 countries over the past three fiscal years. The official data was shared in the Senate by Finance and Revenue Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.

The minister provided the figures while responding to a question from Senator Shahadat Awan. These exports included models with varying engine capacities and were shipped to countries such as Japan, Afghanistan, Qatar, UAE, Thailand, Lebanon, Liberia, Kenya, Solomon Islands, Nigeria, the United States, Djibouti, Mozambique, the Cayman Islands, Sri Lanka, China, Brunei Darussalam, Ghana, Togo, and Bangladesh.

Government statistics show consistent growth in both export volume and value. In 2022–23, 100 vehicles worth Rs. 94.7 million were exported. The following year, exports increased to 107 units valued at Rs. 388.2 million. The 2024–25 fiscal year recorded the highest exports, with 227 vehicles totaling Rs. 936.9 million.

Eight manufacturers contributed to these exports, including Pak Suzuki Motor Co. Ltd., Sazgar Engineering Works Ltd., Honda Atlas Cars, United Auto Industries, Lucky Motor Corporation, Hyundai Nishat Motors, Master Changan Motors, and Indus Motor Company.

The exported lineup included popular models such as Toyota Corolla Altis, Suzuki Alto, Suzuki Swift, Honda City, along with mini-vans, SUVs, and electric rickshaws. These exports highlight the growing quality and competitiveness of Pakistan Cars in international markets.
