Non-bailable arrest warrant issued for Imran Khan in Toshakhana case

In the Toshakhana case, Additional Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal of the District and Sessions Court in Islamabad on Tuesday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Imran Khan, the leader of the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI), according to news.

The court claimed that Imran Khan’s non-bailable arrest warrant was issued as a result of his failure to show up in court despite being repeatedly given chances to do so. The case hearing has been postponed until March 7 by the court.
