Naran-Kaghan Road Back In Operation After Landslide

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]After two days of closure, the Kaghan-Naran Road has reopened, providing relief to the affected area.

Following a landslide on Sunday, the National Highway Authority (NHA) took action, using heavy machinery to clear the road at Ghanool. This included blasting rocks to ensure safe passage. The road is now open for one-way traffic, as promised by the authorities.

Efforts are underway to completely clear the landslide, with officials from the NHA and district administration overseeing the operation.

The closure of the Kaghan Highway had stranded numerous tourists who had visited the Kaghan Valley for the weekend, unable to return home.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
