[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Samsung has finally enabled the skin temperature sensor on the Galaxy Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro after several months of waiting. The only feature it has at the moment, though, is cycle monitoring based on skin temperature.
But this is only the start. On the company’s Korean forum, a Samsung representative announced that additional features are in the works and will be released in upcoming software updates.
However, the precise release date is still unknown because local government agencies in each region might need certification for health-tracking features, which slows down the rollout process.

The display of the wearer’s current temperature, which is now hidden and only used for the watch’s internal calculations, is a feature that is planned. These new features are quite likely to debut with the upcoming Galaxy Watch 6 series and then be integrated to the Watch 5 series.
Along with the company’s newest foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Flip 5, the new smartwatch models are anticipated to go on sale in July.
Better Foldables
The Galaxy Z Flip 5, which is a foldable, is anticipated to have a substantially larger cover display. As “100% confirmed” by well-known source Ice Universe, the secondary screen on Samsung’s upcoming foldable phone is anticipated to be folder-shaped and will cover nearly the whole upper half of the device.
Have a look.

This is a direct response to Oppo’s entry into the global foldable phone market and the introduction of real competition for Samsung.
