Recent Achievements
This championship win follows Asif’s recent success at the IBSF World Snooker Championship on November 6, where he secured his third world title by defeating Iran’s Ali Gharahgozlou 5-3. However, his bid for back-to-back titles ended in the quarter-finals after a 4-2 loss to Wales’ Philip Williams.
Despite that setback, Asif’s dominant performance in Colombo reaffirms his legendary status in snooker and continues to inspire future Pakistani players.
